Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and collaborate with estimators to provide accurate budgets for customers.
• Conduct desktop reviews of supplied designs, identifying risks and opportunities early in the process.
• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of HVAC&R systems for high-profile assets.
• Work alongside industry leaders & technical experts to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Ensure compliance with NCC and relevant Australian standards building codes,
• Comprehensive knowledge of NABERS, GreenStar standards and DA 19.
• Oversee projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring excellence at every stage.
• Partner with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years experience in HVAC and Refrigeration engineering
• Significant Mechanical Contracting experience
• CPENG, RPEv, RPEng or equivalent
• Expertise in value-engineering, energy efficiency & system optimisation.
• Strong leadership & stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passion for smart, data-driven HVACR solutions that improve sustainability & asset performance.
