About The Role:
CrowdStrike's Horizon Business Unit is seeking a visionary Sales Specialist to champion our Next-Gen SIEM and LogScale solutions across Australia and New Zealand. This isn't just a sales role—it's an opportunity to fundamentally transform how ANZ's leading enterprises' approach security operations and log management in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
Location: Sydney or Melbourne based
What You'll Do:
As the driving force behind our NG SIEM/LogScale growth strategy in ANZ, you'll leverage cutting-edge technology to solve critical security challenges for ANZ's most influential organisations. You'll translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes, demonstrating tangible ROI that resonates with C-suite executives and technical leaders alike. Develop and Execute Winning Strategies - Design and implement territory plans that consistently exceed revenue targets through both new business acquisition and customer expansion
Lead Strategic Conversations - Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to CIOs and CSOs across ANZ's enterprise landscape
Guide Complex Sales Processes - Navigate sophisticated buying committees, building consensus and driving momentum from discovery through closure
Foster Ecosystem Success - Coordinate efforts across CrowdStrike's sales, technical, marketing, and partner teams to create powerful market momentum
Elevate the Entire Organisation - Drive sales enablement that multiplies your impact by enhancing the effectiveness of the broader field sales organisation
What You'll Need:
Proven success evangelising enterprise security platforms, with specific expertise in SOC transformation, SIEM, log management, XDR, or security data analytics
Strategic Territory Knowledge - Demonstrated experience navigating the unique dynamics of the ANZ market
Versatile Communicator - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to practitioners while connecting security outcomes to business imperatives for executives (you will be supported by highly capable Sales Engineers)
Disciplined Deal Strategist - Mastery of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.) with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
Collaborative Team Player - Exceptional ability to align and energise cross-functional teams toward common objectives
Consistent High Performer - Documented history of not just meeting but consistently exceeding sales targets
Consultative Advisor - Skill in challenging conventional thinking and guiding prospects to transformative security approaches
Proactive Opportunity Creator - Proven ability to identify and create opportunities in new and existing accounts
