OCRT is seeking Expressions of Interest from Cybersecurity & Information Security Consultants with expertise in incident response, information assurance, and strategic security frameworks. We're looking for practitioners seeking to grow their career with an Australian-owned company working within the National Security Sector as part of our Canberra-based workforce.

Whether you're new to the field or bring specific technical expertise in cybersecurity operations and governance, we encourage you to reach out and express your interest in joining our team.

We are particularly interested in individuals with the following skills:

  • Expertise in cybersecurity incident response and threat management
  • Experience in information assurance practices and security operations within Defence environments
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks for cybersecurity decision-making and stakeholder management
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and create strategic visualisations for senior leadership
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including network engineers and IT support
  • Understanding of security control frameworks and information strategy development
  • Experience with Data Visualisation (powerBI)
  • Familiarity with Defence security operations, policy implementation, DSPF and ISM

For this role,
candidates must hold an active minimum NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
, with NV2 highly regarded. However, your drive and ability to make a positive impact are more important than the number of years you've spent in the workplace.
