We are on the lookout for a Senior Security Engineer / Cyber Security Consultant to join our new cybersecurity practice within our digital advisory business unit and provide the pathways to expand your career into Security Consulting

As a Senior Security Engineer / Cybersecurity Consultant / Senior Consultant, you'll be hands-on with client environments, implementing security controls, improving configurations, and helping build secure cloud and infrastructure foundations. At the same time, you'll work alongside consultants who focus on governance and risk, giving you exposure to the broader world of cyber consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support uplift of IT environments towards targeted maturity levels.

  • Implement technical controls such as:

  • Network segmentation and isolation.

  • Endpoint/system hardening.

  • Secure configuration of workloads in Azure and on-prem environments.

  • Assist with deployment of privilege management, patching, and monitoring solutions.

  • Provide technical input into security assessments and reviews.
  • Collaborate with consultants to align technical work with governance and risk frameworks
  • Contribute to shaping team culture, playbooks, and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or cloud operations.
  • Exposure to (or strong interest in) cybersecurity uplift projects.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure, Windows administration, networking, or endpoint security.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills, with interest in building consulting/advisory capabilities.
  • Eagerness to transition towards a consultant role bridging tech and risk.
