About The Role
We're seeking a
Sales Executive
to manage a foodservice territory across
Melbourne
. You'll focus on developing new business, increasing product distribution, and strengthening relationships with end-users and distributors.
This role will suit someone who's confident engaging end users and distributors — backed by a trusted, nationally recognised brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a foodservice customer base within the territory
- Identify new business opportunities and present product ranging solutions
- Build strong relationships with distributor field teams
- Execute sampling sessions, trade events, and promotional activities
- Implement and manage a structured call cycle
- Share market insights and competitor feedback with the broader team
Requirements
- Proven Sales experience with in a food manufacturing or foodservice/ distributor environment.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage call cycles and work autonomously
- Knowledge of key distributors (e.g. PFD, NAFDA, Countrywide) is highly regarded
