About The Role

We're seeking a Sales Executive to manage a foodservice territory across Melbourne. You'll focus on developing new business, increasing product distribution, and strengthening relationships with end-users and distributors.

This role will suit someone who's confident engaging end users and distributors — backed by a trusted, nationally recognised brand.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a foodservice customer base within the territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and present product ranging solutions
  • Build strong relationships with distributor field teams
  • Execute sampling sessions, trade events, and promotional activities
  • Implement and manage a structured call cycle
  • Share market insights and competitor feedback with the broader team

Requirements
  • Proven Sales experience with in a food manufacturing or foodservice/ distributor environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage call cycles and work autonomously
  • Knowledge of key distributors (e.g. PFD, NAFDA, Countrywide) is highly regarded
