Foodservice Account Manager

Job Summary:
Are you passionate about food, sales, and building long-term partnerships? This is an exciting chance to join a global food ingredients business and take ownership of the
foodservice and bakery customer base across Victoria
.
In this role, you'll be the face of the brand to restaurants, bakeries, catering groups, and institutional food providers. You'll get to shape growth strategies, introduce new product solutions, and work closely with customers to support their menus and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for foodservice and bakery accounts, from independent operators to larger institutional buyers
- Build and grow partnerships specifically within the Victoria state market, while also identifying new customer opportunities
- Develop and implement sales plans designed to exceed revenue and profitability goals.
- Stay close to market movements — track competitor activity, customer insights, and industry trends to uncover opportunities
- Collaborate internally across marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support customers with menu concepts, promotional campaigns, and product solutions aligned with their needs
- Keep CRM systems, reports, and forecasts up to date for management visibility
Requirements:
- Solid background in account management or sales within
foodservice, bakery, or FMCG
. - Strong commercial mindset with proven results against sales targets.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence, build trust, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Skilled at spotting growth opportunities and creating solutions that drive value for customers.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
