The Opportunity:

Reporting to the National Director of Sales, the 
Client Solutions Representative
 plays a key role in building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Operations, and Field teams. You'll work closely with other departments to deliver tailored solutions that support our customers and strengthen NB Industries' presence across Australia.

Promoting key partner products including cabin & engine air filtration systems, dust detection, monitoring and cabin pressurisation systems to meet AS/NZS ISO23875 compliance, mobile off-road air conditioning [HVAC] systems, wireless communications systems and camera and monitoring systems, we are ideally looking to secure the services of a professional with key account management/business development exposure and a technical background in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Technology.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand and anticipate customer preferences and business objectives to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact and liaison between key accounts and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue and business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with existing and potential new clients.
