Sirus Mining Solutions Pty Ltd, is a leading local provider of material handling equipment, trailer sales, hire, and service solutions across all sectors. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales, hire, and service operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on developing business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering on growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive sales growth across equipment sales, hire, and service divisions
  • Lead and support a small, high-performing sales and service team
  • Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all sectors
  • Manage reporting, forecasting, and performance targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven background in vehicles, equipment (material handling preferred), machinery, or trailer sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving targets
  • Understanding of sales, hire and after sales service processes
  • Current driver's licence
  • High Risk Forklift Truck Licence (Preferred)
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
