About the Role

As our Client Relations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term customer relationships, creating new opportunities, and ensuring every client enjoys an outstanding Integrity experience. This is more than an admin role it's about driving customer satisfaction, supporting our team, and helping the business grow. You'll have the support, training, and resources to achieve real success in a position where your work truly makes an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture existing clients with follow-up calls and check-ins
  • Develop and maintain a clean, accurate customer database
  • Identify and implement marketing strategies to support business goals
  • Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Schedule work, manage bookings, and coordinate technician workflows
  • Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and care
  • General administrative duties such as email management, invoicing, and filing

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
  • A team player who enjoys problem-solving and supporting others
  • Experience in the pest management industry, ServiceM8, or WordPress is a plus but not essential, as full training will be provided
