About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Program Manager – Workforce Solutions to lead the delivery of a large-scale Managed Services Program (MSP) supporting a major national resources portfolio.

In this role, you'll oversee recruitment efficiency, supplier performance, and continuous improvement across multiple Australian sites and contribute to exciting international growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions?
  • Leading quarterly and monthly business reviews while driving a customer-first approach?
  • Managing end-to-end processes from requisition through to invoicing, onboarding and offboarding?
  • Using data analysis to identify trends and enhance service delivery?
  • Sharing market intelligence, legislative updates and benchmarking to stay ahead of the game?
  • Spotting sales opportunities and supporting bid responses to grow the program?

What We're Looking For

Are you equipped with:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager (MSP or RPO experience highly desirable)
  • Strong relationship-management skills across multiple stakeholders and locations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A data-driven mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to prioritise, stay organised and deliver results under pressure
  • A collaborative approach and growth mindset

Experience in the mining or resources sector and familiarity with Lean or Agile methodologies will be a bonus.
