Digital Demand Generation Manager

We're looking for a commercially minded digital marketer to lead the charge on growth, performance and automation.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role
focuses on generating qualified leads, optimising funnel performance, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies to build awareness, drive acquisition, and improve conversion.
- Own campaign strategy and execution across
LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube
and retargeting platforms. - Manage and optimise
HubSpot
(or equivalent) — including journeys, lifecycle emails, nurture flows, segmentation, and lead scoring. - Design and scale marketing funnels that improve
MQL to SQL conversion
and deliver revenue-aligned outcomes. - Lead
conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
initiatives including A/B testing, behaviour tracking and landing page optimisation. - Partner with
Sales
to align on pipeline strategy, feedback loops and lead handover. - Analyse performance data using
GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Hotjar
and attribution models to identify and act on insights. - Manage
SEO and SEM
strategy with external specialists or agencies. - Oversee website performance, UX enhancements and content updates to support lead generation.
- Ensure accurate tracking, data privacy compliance, and regular reporting across all digital channels.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in
B2B digital or growth marketing
, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment. - Proven ability to deliver
multi-channel lead generation campaigns
with clear commercial outcomes. - Strong knowledge across
performance marketing, SEO, SEM, CRO, automation, and analytics
. - Hands-on experience with
HubSpot (or similar), GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
and CRM platforms. - Analytical mindset — able to interpret data, build attribution models and surface actionable insights.
- Comfortable working autonomously and making data-driven decisions.
- Confident influencing stakeholders and prioritising activity based on commercial impact.
