The Role You Could Play

We're looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Demand Planner to join our dynamic Supply team at MECCA. In this 14-month parental leave contract, you'll play a key part in driving a world-class demand planning function that connects our brands to their sales targets and our customers to their favourite products across our omnichannel network.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive continuous improvement in demand forecasting to achieve accuracy and customer availability targets.

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver robust sales forecasts and manage demand through product lifecycles.

  • Lead demand reviews and build consensus across stakeholders.

  • Champion data accuracy and system optimisation within JE (Just Enough) and related planning tools.

  • Build collaborative relationships with our brand partners, providing insights and forecasting support including NPD.

What You Will Bring

You're an analytical thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for driving results through collaboration and data. You balance autonomy with teamwork, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine "can-do" approach.

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • 3+ years' experience in planning, merchandise management or supply chain within retail or FMCG.

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.

  • Knowledge of merchandise management and/or supply chain systems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
