Join our Risk & Compliance team and help shape a culture of integrity, accountability, and proactive risk management at The Lottery Corporation. As a Senior Risk and Compliance Assurance Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering assurance across critical business areas, driving compliance outcomes, and supporting informed strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Perform risk-based testing and monitoring of key controls and processes to manage risks and support compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls and identify control gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop pragmatic and timely remediation plans. Monitor progress and validate the closure of actions to ensure effective remediation.
- Develop insightful risk reporting on assurance outcomes. Translate complex findings into meaningful narratives that support informed decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, build constructive relationships, and influence positive risk and compliance outcomes for TLC through education, collaboration, and challenge.
