Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding your client base. Your expertise coupled with exceptional relationship-building skills will be instrumental in driving our business growth and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products and risk management solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, analyze insurance requirements, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients, demonstrating value-added services and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance brokerage, with a focus on SME, general, sports, events, or transport insurance.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and underwriting principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant industry certifications.
