Location: Brisbane (2 days WFH per week)

BLACKROC is proud to partner with a leading organisation undergoing a major finance systems transformation.

This is a 12-month contract for an experienced Finance Systems Analyst who will play a key role in shaping new financial processes and supporting system implementation across finance, planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document future-state finance processes across assets, projects, and leases.
  • Support data migration, testing, and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure process and system readiness.
  • Assist with training and transition activities during go-live.
  • Identify automation and improvement opportunities.

Key Skills Needed:

  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes (asset management, project accounting, leasing).
  • Experience with ERP or EPM systems (preferable D365 FinOps).
  • Excellent data reconciliation and testing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in finance transformation or systems implementation projects.
