About the Role
Humero is seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to lead payroll system improvements and support business transformation for a leading client.
You'll partner with internal teams and external providers to enhance payroll systems and processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you'll interpret complex legislative and industrial requirements, translate them into system configurations, and lead end-to-end implementation and testing activities.
Working across multiple stakeholders, you'll make sure payroll systems are aligned with business needs and configured to deliver seamless outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Analyse, document, and implement payroll system improvements and integrations.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver system solutions.
- Translate legislative and business requirements into clear system specifications.
- Lead testing, defect management, and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage a pipeline of change requests and enhancements to support payroll transformation projects.
About You
- Experienced in payroll systems or business analysis within large or complex environments.
- Confident working with Oracle, SAP or similar enterprise payroll platforms.
- Skilled at translating business needs into clear, compliant system solutions.
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across HR, IT, and finance teams.
- Detail-focused and proactive, with a knack for driving process improvements and testing enhancements.
