Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Senior Education Consultant
to join our Melbourne team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in student counseling, course selection, admissions, and visa processes, while also mentoring junior consultants and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end counseling for international and domestic students regarding courses, universities, and career pathways in Australia.
  • Guide students through admission applications, documentation, and visa lodgment procedures.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Australian education providers, courses, scholarships, and compliance regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, education partners, and institutions.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets for student enrollments and visa applications.
  • Mentor and support junior education consultants to improve service quality.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory frameworks and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in student counseling, admissions, or education consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian education systems, universities, and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
