We're seeking talented
Senior Consultants
with experience to join our collaborative team of "SofMers." You'll work directly with clients to solve complex business challenges across technology transformation, operational improvement, and organisational change initiatives.

You can be based in
Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply structured thinking to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to thrive in diverse client environments.

  • Use creative problem-solving to develop unique and impactful solutions.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in management consulting (Big 4, boutique firm, or equivalent).
  • Strong client-facing delivery experience across transformation or strategic initiatives.
  • Background in one or more of the following sectors: Energy, Utilities, Retail, Financial Services, or Government.
  • Proven capabilities in:

– Strategy development and execution planning

– Business process analysis and optimisation

– Change management and stakeholder engagement

– Requirements gathering and solution design

– Data analysis and financial modelling

– Enterprise architecture and technology transformation
