Senior Consultant – Identity Management (Provisioning & Reconciliation, SPML)

Umbrella Club, in partnership with a leading consultancy, is seeking a
Senior Consultant – Identity Management
to join an enterprise-scale security and access transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
design, implementation, and optimisation of identity and account provisioning, reconciliation, and automation solutions
across complex multi-platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    design and configuration of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    solutions to support provisioning, reconciliation, and lifecycle management of user accounts.
  • Integrate applications and directories via
    SPML, SCIM, REST APIs, and other provisioning protocols
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    identity workflows
    , rules, and automation scripts to support enterprise-wide access governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to
    define IAM policies
    , security standards, and compliance controls (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR).
  • Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for provisioning and reconciliation issues.
  • Produce high-quality
    technical documentation
    including design specifications, mappings, and integration diagrams.

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of IT experience with at least
    4 years in Identity & Access Management
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    enterprise IAM tools
    such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), IBM ISIM, or Saviynt.
  • Proven experience in
    SPML-based or SCIM-based provisioning and reconciliation
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    directory services
    (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP) and
    authentication protocols
    (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
  • Proficiency in
    scripting languages
    (PowerShell, Java, Python, or Groovy) for automation and connector development.
  • Experience working in
    large, enterprise, or government environments
    with strong documentation and governance processes.
