About the opportunity:

Carinity is looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and grounds team at our Wishart Gardens cluster, including a Residential Aged Care and Retirement Village.

  • Lead and support the Grounds and Maintenance team, overseeing day to day operations and providing coaching and supervision.
  • Delivery and manage schedules an ad-hoc property and grounds maintenance, including preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, workplace health and safety standards, and Carinity policies.
  • Maintain accurate records related to equipment, warranties, maintenance schedules and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with service users, staff, suppliers, and contractors to delivery timely and professional property services.
  • Coordinate budgets, order supplies, and support external audit requirements through proper documentation.

What Carinity is looking for:

  • Certification and /or significant experience in maintenance, carpentry/building, groundskeeping or trade-related fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of small machinery and gardening equipment maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a values-driven, Christian organisation.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to undertake required checks (Police, NDIS, Worker Screening, Blue Card)
