Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the upkeep and operational efficiency of our property.

  • Oversight of all building, plant, and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinating preventative maintenance schedules and responding to reactive maintenance requests
  • Management of contractor performance, compliance, and safety standards
  • Ensuring all facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering efficient and cost-effective maintenance solutions
  • Providing hands-on support when required
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in facilities, property, or maintenance management (hospitality or strata highly regarded)
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and OH&S compliance
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
