Job Title: Property Maintenance Supervisor

Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Property Maintenance Supervisor. This full-time role involves overseeing all maintenance and facilities management requirements at the resort, ensuring optimal property performance.

  • Lead and execute the preventative maintenance program.
  • Provide hands-on support by performing repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Supervise and manage key service areas including electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services, and approved contractor works.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) best practices.
  • Oversee stock control and supplier management to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in maintenance/facilities management, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
  • Experience implementing a preventative maintenance program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
