Job Role

As a Residential Property Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential building in Brisbane. This onsite role involves managing and maintaining the property to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and take proactive measures to resolve them.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents by being approachable, responsive, and empathetic.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in building or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of Strata and Body Corporate processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays (4 hours) when required and be available for occasional after-hours emergencies.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
