Job Description ???? Site Supervisor – ATW Property Care Services - Dynamic Services Group Location: Cairns & SurroundsEmployment Type: Full-Time Company: Dynamic Services Group (DSG) ?? About the Role We're after a switched-on, hands-on leader to join ATW's property care crew DSG as a Site Supervisor – someone who can wrangle the crew in the morning, check job quality throughout the day, keep our clients happy, and jump on the tools when needed.
But it's not just boots-on-the-ground — this role also includes a bit of behind-the-scenes magic ?.
That means light daily scheduling/rostering, responding to job changes, and using ServiceM8 and Outlook to keep the Ops Manager and clients in the loop.

?? What You'll Be Doing ?? Get crews organised and out the door each morning – jobs, gear, vehicles ?? Update or adjust the daily roster if jobs get moved or cancelled ?? Use ServiceM8 to view, update and track jobs (we'll teach you) ?? Check on jobs during the day to make sure standards and timelines are met ?? Help out with tools, stock or hands-on work if needed ?? Chat with clients or tenants on-site about basic job updates (no high-level stuff) ?? Communicate with the Ops Manager and internal teams via Outlook & phone ?? Oversee safe use of gear and check crews are using correct PPE ? What You'll Need Experience in property services, landscaping, cleaning, or similar Leadership skills and a natural ability to get a crew working together Strong initiative and decision-making on the go Basic computer confidence – phone/tablet apps, email, digital scheduling Willingness to learn ServiceM8 and basic rostering systems Driver's licence (manual preferred) – MR licence or trailer skills a bonus White Card & basic WHS knowledge A good attitude, reliability, and respect for clients, crew, and community ??
