Property Manager Job Summary">

Job Description:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional property support services. This role involves managing existing and new tenancies, establishing relationships with tenants and landlords, and ensuring compliance with ethical practice and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of properties including tenancy management, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with tenants and regional landlords to ensure a positive living environment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate
  • Work with real estate trust accounts to manage financial transactions
  • Coordinate maintenance issues, report, and follow-up with the maintenance team and/or subcontractors
  • List properties when they become available for rent
  • Manage arrears and conduct entry and exit inspections along with routine inspections

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
  • Proven experience in real estate property management
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any given time
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
