Job Description
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communications & Content Specialist to join our team, supporting Westpac's valued Corporate Partners.

What's the role?
In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end communication plan, including the creation and continuous improvement of financial literacy content, templates, and bespoke topical materials. You'll also maintain our internal intranet hub for Corporate Partners, ensuring it remains current, engaging, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uplift financial literacy and partner-facing content
  • Maintain and update the Corporate Partner intranet site
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align EDMs with brand and content strategy
  • Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate our value proposition

What do I need?

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Initiative and creativity in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
