About the Role
- Assist and support with estimation of project tenders, win the tender, then help deliver the project
- Work closely with our Project and Site Managers to ensure smooth planning and coordination.
- Manage project documentation such as plans, variations, contracts, photos and reporting.
- Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring clear lines of communication and regular updates.
- Ensure construction programs, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
Key capabilities:
- Looking to get off the tools or from running your own business, previous office construction roles or recent graduates that have had some exposure to the construction sector already are desirable.
- Confident using systems like PROCORE, Hammertech & Aconex, with a preference in PROCORE as that is the system we run, is very desirable.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team environment.
- Strong administrative skills, with written and verbal communication being key.
- High attention to detail.
- Full Permanent Australian working rights is a must.
