About the Role

Pearson Projects is seeking expressions of interest from Project Managers with differing levels of project management experience to resource our upcoming projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing business.

  • Sport field construction
  • Greyhound racing tracks
  • Golf courses
  • Commercial fit-out
  • Social housing projects
  • Local government projects

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will manage a project from start to finish, with your responsibilities including:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of capital works projects
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis
  • Managing stakeholder engagement including relevant local government, state government agencies, authorities, local communities/residents
  • Preparing and administering head contracts, sub-contracts, construction programs, budgets, and project reporting
  • Overseeing and managing project risk
  • Monitoring and reporting on project cost
  • Coordinating all permit and service authority approvals

About You

To be considered, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sector project delivery, preferably you will have builder side experience, and now you are look to become, or already are a client-side project manager
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of client-side project management
  • A strong understanding of government frameworks will be advantageous
  • You will be collaborative, easy to work with and have a can-do attitude
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, trade background or a related field
