Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads across all industries. The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
The role involves coordinating the creation and dissemination of digital content by collaborating closely with Jean Hailes writers, designers and clinicians, and promoting our health messages. Success in this role requires significant hands-on experience of managing websites, digital content and digital marketing.
- Manage, coach and inspire the content marketing team.
- Plan and implement multimedia content, photography and design elements in collaboration with colleagues.
- Promote our digital content to a wide audience through paid and organic marketing approaches.
- Manage an integrated campaigns and publishing calendar that aligns with strategic priorities at Jean Hailes.
- Oversee and deliver content migration plans for website projects.
- Ensure content is structured and optimized for search engines.
- Maintain, enhance and develop our focus on accessibility and inclusion.
- Use analytics and user feedback to report on website performance.
- Manage the content management system including editorial planning, removal of out-of-date content, taxonomy management and alignment with other media.
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Previous Content management experience.
- Highly developed digital skills including website and CMS management, digital copy writing, content design and multimedia.
- Significant experience of digital content planning, creation, optimisation and marketing.
- Experience of generating novel and engaging ideas for digital content and putting those ideas into action.
- Sound knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, establish and maintain rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and handle matters with maturity, confidentiality, and discretion
- Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing demands.
- You'll need excellent communication skills with a proven ability to identify and articulate key messages.
