Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

· Lead the design and development of high-quality digital learning content across Unity, Articulate and Web based platforms

· Create engaging digital assets including videos, interactive media, and e-learning modules using industry-standard tools

· Conduct research on audience preferences and industry trends to ensure content relevance

· Manage content and social media calendars and optimize content using SEO best practices

· Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve content strategies based on analytics

Business Development & Client Management

· Lead proposal preparation, pricing models, and contract negotiations

· Provide technical consultation to clients, leveraging expertise in digital learning solutions

· Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in engineering-intensive industries

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams

· Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences

Project Management & Delivery

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery

· Translate client requirements into clear, commercially viable solutions

· Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

· Maintain client engagement throughout delivery phases to ensure satisfaction

· Coordinate with technical developers and subject matter experts as needed
