What you'll do
This isn't a "just post and hope" kind of gig. You'll lead content end to end, from idea to output. That means:
- Develop a content-first strategy to build awareness and grow our audience
- Build and manage a content calendar that hits growth goals without the guesswork
- Coordinate content shoots across different styles and formats
- Oversee delivery, scheduling, and team ops so things don't slip
- Work with editors to ensure high-quality video output across platforms
- Optimise every post to ensure it is fir for platform
- Design a content system that considers the full user journey, from social scroll to app download
- Test, learn, repeat, and use insights to double down on what works
- Collaborate with our CMO on strategic growth opportunities
You'll thrive if you:
- Have built or grown a brand, community, or project using smart, scalable content
- Can show a portfolio with actual results
- Write well, edit ruthlessly, and know how to land a story
- Are organised, proactive, and not afraid to take the lead
- Know your way around Canva, Notion, Mailchimp, Later, and similar tools
- Think finance should be more accessible, more values-aligned, and a little less beige
The deal
