PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with one of our clients and are looking for Emergency Call Centre Agents to join their 24/hour team based within Sydney's Eastern suburbs. Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

This is a high volume and fast paced role in which you are required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedure to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call.

We are looking to hire multiple Team members who are available to do rostered morning and overnight shifts on specific days. These roles will start within the next (4) weeks. All shifts are 8h with 30 min lunch break.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Answering calls from all over Australia
  • Efficiently connecting all emergency calls to Police, Fire or Ambulance dispatchers
  • Provide consistent and high-quality service
  • Ensuring customers are treated with an empathetic approach
  • Overnight Shift - Must be available at least 2 days from Monday, Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday, starting at 9:30 PM or later
  • Morning Shift - Must be available at least 2 days from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Saturday, starting between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre or face to face environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A stable working history
  • A "Can Do" attitude
