We're looking for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our supportive Brisbane team. You'll work closely with clients, employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to create tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans that improve lives and foster independence.

What You'll Do

• Develop personalised, whole-person rehab and return-to-work plans

• Assess physical, psychological, and social factors impacting recovery

• Conduct Vocational, Workplace, and Psychological Functional Capacity Assessments

• Identify practical return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery timelines

• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes

• Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations

About You

• Qualified Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist

• New Graduate or 1–2+ years in occupational rehabilitation experience

• Excellent communicator and confident working with diverse stakeholders

• Passionate about achieving positive rehab outcomes

• Must have a driver's licence and reliable vehicle
