Your opportunity - CPB is actively seeking a talented Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a large scale building project Melbourne.

· Provide expert advice on people matters

· Collaborate with Talent, Learning & Development Teams to achieve the best outcomes for the project 

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

· Experience in a similar generalist People & Culture Business Partner role

· Experience managing complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on Remuneration & Benefits initiatives and other P&C matters

· Demonstrated experience initiating and driving leading edge HR initiatives and supporting client group through periods of organisational change

· Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders

  Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions
