We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in accounts payable and finance. You'll receive hands-on training and support while assisting with day-to-day financial record-keeping tasks.

About the Role:

This is a fulltime position with a view to grow with the business in a more permanent role, working closely within a friendly and fast-paced team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the management of multiple accounts payable inboxes
  • Entering supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with new customer setups, queries and validation checks
  • Supporting the team with general finance and admin tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate excel and Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Able to follow systems and processes
  • Good technical skills and ability to use multiple spreadsheets & software programs
  • Team Player
  • Mature and professional approach

Requirement to work

  • Immediate start
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • This is NOT a Remote of Hybrid role
