About the Role

Join our dynamic Technical Suite (Admissions) team as an Administrative Officer, where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Coordinator Technical Suite (Admissions), you will provide exceptional administrative support and manage the reception area, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and staff. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help keep our suite running efficiently, ensuring that all administrative processes are handled accurately and promptly.

This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our team, supporting a diverse range of activities and making a real difference to the experience of everyone who interacts with the Technical Suite. You will have the chance to develop your skills in administration, client service, and coordination, all while working in a collaborative, friendly, and supportive environment. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining the high standard of service our suite is known for.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent service to both colleagues and the public.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage high workloads efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience in administration, data entry, and providing high-quality customer service using Microsoft Office applications.
