Your role will include:

  • Efficiently and successfully manage a steady flow of high quality finance leads provided by the business. You will also be welcomed to self generate through your own network.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and proactively guiding them to grow their property portfolios and their businesses through excellent finance solutions.
  • Liaising with lenders, clients and our admin team to ensure smooth processing and approvals.
  • Staying up to date with lending policies and industry trends to provide informed advice.
  • Maintaining compliance through our clearly defined workflows.
  • Providing referrals to the other business divisions to ensure high quality reciprocal referral relationships are maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred) with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Be driven by client growth and outcomes. You don't wait for success, you know how to proactively advise clients and leverage our referral partnerships and internal database to create more opportunities.
  • Have a strong understanding of investment and self employed lending.
  • Be an excellent communicator and understand the value of relationships inside and outside of our advisory group.
  • Be a collaborative team player ready to support your fellow brokers and admin team.
