What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end residential loan applications, from enquiry through to settlement
  • Handle a consistent stream of inbound leads from referrals, digital channels, planners, and accountants
  • Work with a mix of clients: families, self-employed, SMSF, and business owners
  • Collaborate with in-house planners and accountants to maximise opportunities
  • Leverage offshore admin support to keep your day running smoothly

About You

  • Experience in residential lending (at least 2 years in banking, credit, or processing)
  • Strong understanding of loan structures, including self-employed and complex scenarios
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Organised, motivated, and confident working independently
  • Eager to step into a broker role with strong backing and support
