We have a great opportunity for a  Broker Services Officerto join our team, to help us build and maintain strong business relationships with our Brokers.

The main duties that our Broker Support Officers are responsible for include:

  • Providing support via telephone, email and online chat for all requests members raise in relation to the AFG CRM, third party lodgement systems, and general AFG systems and services support.
  • Scenario and training support for AFG members to assist them with lodgement of their loan applications.
  • Liaising with Partnership Managers and State Offices, where necessary, to communicate information that is important to the member's business relationship with AFG.
  • Using analysis and problem-solving techniques to thoroughly investigate Service Requests.
  • Liaising with internal staff and third parties, where required to communicate information or escalate issues.
  • Member user account maintenance and updates.
  • Attending and actively participating in Team Meetings.
  • Assisting in development of support documentation.

Who Are You

You will be an enthusiastic and customer focused individual with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to relate and communicate with users with varying degrees of computer literacy and coach them through any issues.

You will also have:

  • Strong experience in Corporate Customer Service roles, preferably in communicating with parties over the telephone and via email.
  • A high level of Computer Literacy.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Web browsers and Office suites.
  • Experience in using CRM systems (Siebel preferred), Anti-Virus and Security software and Remote connection software.
  • Apply Online Knowledge (desirable)
  • Previous systems support experience or software support experience (desirable).
  • Broad financial services industry experience, preferably with an understanding of the loan application process (desirable).
