Role Overview

As a Mortgage Broker, you will use your experience in the mortgage industry to help clients find the right mortgage products for their needs, while providing the exceptional level of service that we have become known for.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide expert advice to clients on a range of mortgage products and services, ensuring the best financial solutions are tailored to their needs.

·       Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and meet sales targets.

·       Help to foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and lenders.

·       Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and Blackburne's internal processes.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure clients receive the most current advice.

Key Requirements

·       Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker with a strong understanding of the client journey, mortgage products and industry regulations.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

·       A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to achieve targets.

·       Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

·       Relevant industry certifications and qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking).

·       A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and supporting the growth of your team.
