What you'll own & do

• Architect the future
  : Evolve the technical vision of our product suite – the codebase, services, APIs, data flows, data partnerships, foundation models, and more. You won't just implement specs, but you will design and write them.
• Build hands-on
  : Write code, spin up infrastructure, iterate prototypes, ship MVPs, and refine based on real customer feedback. You'll wear many hats, from debugging pipelines to mentoring engineers.
• Lead AI architecture
  : Design and integrate ML components that give our digital employees human-like behaviour.  You will leverage traditional approaches including NLP, reasoning, conversational flows, and ethical safeguards but will also play a leadership role in building out our patent pending Human 2 Agent (H2A) protocol.
• Own data engineering
  : Architect end-to-end data pipelines, stitch together complex enterprise data ecosystems, and ensure scalability, resilience, and auditability.
• Own AI model engineering
  :  Architect the end-to-end use of foundation models bringing together broad-based everything models, with domain specific public models, along with specifically created individual or edge models to drive an employee centric information flow for our digital employees.
• Bridge startup and enterprise
  : Understand and embrace the vibrant startup ethos as well as the rigor of large-scale enterprise integration including security, compliance, legacy systems, and performance under severe loads.
• Shape strategy
  : As a co-founder, influence the roadmap, technical bets, hiring, and investor conversations. Help define what "digital employee" means to the market.
• Customer Success
  :  All our co-founders have a direct portfolio of customer success leadership.  You will spend a significant amount of your time in front of customers to ensure their success with our products, and to ensure you have an upfront intimacy of what our customers want in our product roadmap.

What we're looking for

• A product-minded builder
  : You've shipped real software products—not just projects. You've led something from prototype to launch and iteration.
• Deep software engineering chops
  : You write clean, maintainable code and understand modern stacks - AIOps, distributed foundation models, DevOps, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and more.
• Strong AI/ML architect
  : You've built AI products. You have hands on experience across numerous LLMs, recommendation engines, conversational agents, along with emerging SDKs around the most influential public models. You understand the landscape and embrace the fast paced continuous learning of this fast moving industry.
• Data engineering DNA
  : You've designed schemas, built modern data pipelines, worked with data products and ecosystems. You've turned messy enterprise data into business value and have been the story-teller in chief on where the value of data is within the enterprise.
• Enterprise savvy
  : You are comfortable around all aspects of technology through large scale enterprises including core platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Workday. You have grown up in cloud-first environments and work at ease across these architectures.
• Startup DNA
  : You thrive in ambiguity, roll up your sleeves, and embrace the "everyone does everything" culture.
• Human-centric passion
  : You believe AI should amplify—not replace—human intelligence. You care about fairness, bias, and building empathetic, explainable systems.
• Leadership & communication
  : You inspire, mentor, and communicate clearly whether sketching systems or debating trade-offs. You embrace the need to be a strong story teller in shaping this new industry.
