Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The CTO will lead 's technology strategy, oversee product development, manage technical teams, and ensure the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities include setting technology goals, budgeting, ensuring technology compliance, and fostering innovation. The CTO will also collaborate with other executives to drive company growth and manage technical risks.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in technology strategy and management
  • Advanced knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies
  • Strong skills in product development and technical team leadership
  • Solid understanding of change management and organizational transformation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in budgeting, technology compliance, and risk management
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with executive teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar senior role is preferred
  • Understanding and experience in change management is desirable
