**The work you will do**
You will be managing client files from start to finish, this includes dealing directly with clients on a daily basis. Sounds simple right? It can be, but don't forget you will be dealing with multi-million dollar contracts so the detail matters. In turn, you have an amazing level of attention to detail and enjoy getting things just right.

**What skills and experience do you bring?**
With demonstrated experience as a Conveyancer working on all types of files (transfer/sale/vendor/subdivisions/purchase), you really know your stuff. Included with this you hold a Conveyancer license in Victoria. You are confident in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy the conversations you have with your clients. You are process driven and have plenty of examples of how sticking to a process has led to a great client outcome.
