About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House customer service staff to be the face of Nestys. You'll be greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, packing meals and ensuring our shop runs smoothly. This is a hands on role in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding, friendly customer service.
  • Take orders accurately and process payments (EFTPOS & Cash)
  • Prepare, pack and serve food with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the shop.
  • Assist with restocking, tidying and basic prep during down time.
  • Work as part of a close knit family team.
