About the role:

You'll be the welcoming face and first impression of our business. Each day will bring something different — greeting clients, coordinating appointments, managing calls and correspondence, and helping the team run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phones, emails, and front desk coordination
  • Scheduling and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Keeping the reception area and administrative systems organised
  • Providing general support to the team
