About the Role
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of Red Gum BBQ for our guests, taking orders, serving our delicious food and drinks and ensuring everyone leaves with the best Red Gum experience possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with setting up and packing down events.
- Understand dietary requirements and ensure guests are served appropriate meals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
About You
- Loves working with people and brings a positive energy to every shift.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a master of multitasking.
- Great communication skills and attention to detail.
- Is flexible and reliable with availability on weekends and evenings.
- You're passionate about BBQ, community, and creating unforgettable moments.
- Hospitality or Customer Service experience (a bonus but not essential, for the rigth person we can teach the skills)
