About the Role

This full-time position offers training and support, with responsibilities including:

  • Preparing correspondence
  • Scanning, filing, and general office admin
  • Supporting the accounting team
  • Greeting clients and providing great customer service
  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally

What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • Currently studying or completed a course in office administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Quick to learn new systems and tech
  • Able to multitask and work well in a busy, team environment
