About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Administration Trainee to join our team at Integrity Real Estate in Nowra. This is a full-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional front-line customer service as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Supporting the wider team with project work and special initiatives as needed
  • Continuously learning and developing your skills to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • A keen interest in learning and developing your administrative and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, with the willingness to learn new systems and software
