South Coast Roofing Supplies are a Metal roofing manufacturing company based in Nowra, NSW.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Office Assistant to immediately join our team.

This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our busy office, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

About the role-

What you'll be doing

  • General office administration and reception support
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Filing, scanning, invoicing and maintaining all systems
  • Assisting with all order entry and administrative tasks
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Ad-hoc support across the business as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Preferred (not mandatory) administrative experience in an office environment
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • No prior experience required – just reliability and enthusiasm
